Greetings. I'm Adele and I'm one lucky lil' English Bully pup. I was rescued by Chicago English Bulldog Rescue (CEBR). I was born with a birth defect that caused me to develop into a "swimmer pup." This is my journey through life and rescue.
So do you remember that big box that came in the mail yesterday? Foster momma made me wait to open it. Here I am waiting with so much anticipation I can hardly stand it. She said it was a surprise. So this morning we made some coffee, had some muffins and she FINALLY let me open it up!
Check out this video of me opening up my surprise gift!
And now on to the grand finale.....drum roll please.......here it is! And I'm so excited!
Foster mom says I have to go to bed now, but rest assured that I will write all about my new wheels tomorrow! YIIPPPPPPPEEEEEE!!
Ohhh wee! I am so excited. I got a huge package in the mail today! All for me! YAY YAY YAY!
My foster mom says it may be something very special. But what, oh what, oh what could it be? I can't wait to open it! Stay tuned for the big unveiling!
Check me out, taking a spin with my favorite ladies at Integrative Pet Care. It's time to hit the street with these wheels! YYYYYYYYYeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWW!
I am SOOOOOO excited. While I wait for my new wheels to arrive (the kind I can walk in myself) my foster mom gave me the go-ahead to go cart shopping. I couldn't settle for any old wheels. Check out my new custom ride. Tomorrow's my first test drive. I can't wait! Where's the parade? I'm ready? Anyone want a ride? Hop on in!
So I have finally calmed down after the utter humiliation of "the cone" from last night. I am having some trouble with my back right paw and have been chewing at it and licking it and showing that paw who's boss. But, my people tell me I'm not supposed to do that and they don't want me to cause further problems. They bandaged my foot, medicated it, and then put a sock on it. But I prevailed. YES! I spent the evening chewing through the bandages.
And what did they do? They put that ridiculous plastic thing around my head. Unbelievable. If I knew that was coming I definitely would have stopped chewing my foot.
So, my foster mom has been trying to think of a replacement for the laundry basket she carries me around in (you know the "bully basket") when we go to/from the house, appointments, my celebrity appearances, etc. I'm getting to be a big girl know and my foster mom's back is killing her! I have a stroller but is is kind of big and hard to pack down and put in the car in a hurry. She needed something light, easy to fold up, quick, convenient.
She heard about some really high quality shopping carts at the Crate & Barrel outlet and decided to check them out. Can you say perfect?
So thanks to Crate & Barrel I can be seen around town riding in style in my new Adele Grocery Cart x5i. It's the hottest new set of wheels in town!
Now we have to bling out my cart, flags, decorations and signs. We will work on that next. Stay tuned. And if you see a little fawn bully zipping by with her head sticking out of the top of a shopping cart.....that's me! Be sure to wave!
